Why do we make cat toys, when cats have more fun with wrappers?

Seriously. You can throw a cat a wrapper and they will have just as much fun with that as they do with toys, if not maybe even more fun.

Don’t forget to crumple a paper in a ball, paper bags, string. We’ve had 5 cats, only one now. He has lots of toys from the store lying around everywhere, but anything papery seems to grab their attention. My guess would be our scent when we make paper balls etc. The store bought toys have manufacturer scent on them. But they play with them, put a little catnip on the toys. That should work too.

true but I’d rather buy a toy for them then having to clean up wrapers all the time
