Where can I find catnip-free toys and scratching mats?

My cats would love the scratching pads that are like sideways cardboard pieces, but they ALL come with a packet of catnip or with catnip spray sprayed all over it. I don’t believe in catnip, and I don’t want to expose my cat to it. Does anyone know a website or store in the Washington, DC area that sells catnip-free toys and scratching mats?
1. I don’t want to make my own.
2. I don’t want the ones that come with catnip, because the essence of catnip gets on them.
3. I’ve tried Petco and Petsmart. Neither have anything without catnip.
4. I tried google. I have spent hours looking all over.

Make your own! :)

The scratching mats that I buy come with a small packet of catnip, just don’t use it. I get mine at WalMart.
