    We got one today …
We got one today and it stopped working. We opened it up and took the belt off. The problem seems to be that the engine turning the belt doesn’t have enough power to turn the toy. It just sits there and tries and moves back and forth in very small movements. Help?

    My cat doesn’t …
My cat doesn’t normally play with toys, but he’s having a ball with this. He sits right next to it, carefully watches it and then paws the feather attachment before ripping it out! Definitely worth the money. It’s as entertaining for the cat as the cat owner.

    I have found that …
I have found that younger cats enjoy it much longer than older cats. My youngest kitty who is about a year and half goes nutso over it and has been since I got it back in September. My older cat who is about 8 goes through phases, sometimes he has no interest what-so-ever but then some days he’s like a kitten and on his back trying to get the little mouse playing full force. I love it because it does give my tired arm a break.

I’m sure my cat’s would enjoy this, but is it worth $30+ or does it lose it’s novelty after a few months? Tired arms and all, part of the reason cat’s play with a simple feather on a stick is because we work it and give them attention at the same time, right?
