CATNIP? A fun toy or drug for cats? ANSWER?
what do you think. i puchased Cat Nip today and i saw that cats adore it! but i got to thinking- it’s like drugs for people. they get so pumped. what do you think catnip is?

lol, my family says, "kitty, you want your kitty weed" its so funny. now when we say it she looks up and meows. its so cute. i would think its both. i mean it smells like feet though, so i wonder if thats why cats like feet. its so wierd, but my cousins cat licks his feet n i think its nasty. well, well its cant be called a toy since they just roll around in it. plus if you put cat nip on a towl around its litter box it helps them get litter trained. but they get very addicted to it. most cats, like my friends, absoulutly hate catnip, but i mean she hates almost evrybody. well not me im like family. lol, well

Cat nip definitions
"A hairy aromatic perennial herb (Nepeta cataria) in the mint family, native to Eurasia and containing an aromatic oil to which cats are strongly attracted.
Any of various other mostly aromatic plants of the genus Nepeta, cultivated for their ornamental foliage and clusters of blue, lavender, or white flowers. "
Simply put, catnip is stimulate to cats. In sense yes it is like drugs for humans, being that they are getting a "high" from the auroma. The only diffence is they will get bored with it, unlike most humans.

Yes I gues you could say it is like a drug for cats…but it only lasts for about 15 mins and then even if you give themore it iwll not effect them.
It is also known to help cats with digestion issues.

♥♥ I have two cats and they love cat nip it makes them go cuckoo! but actually it is a herb used in hot tea for people and drinking the herb relaxes people. but catnip makes cats go crazy and playing long enough the cats get pooped and sleepy. so no need to fear it is not harmful to cats.♥♥

You can say both but it only lasts for 15 min. even if you give them a lot it Will not harm or affect the cat.

lol yeahh yesterday my cat found his cat nip toy and he was totally out of it, i seriously do think it is a drug for cats. and last year for Christmas i was giving him a cat nip toy and i had it wrapped and i found the wrapping paper on the floor then i found my cat with the toy.

always a drug for cats i mean when i give cat nip to my cat majick he goes loopy for about three or four hours
